SSG CHECK Public QR Verification Guide

This page explains how to read and understand an SSG CHECK QR verification record.

What This QR Code Means

The QR code provides access to the management record for a specific high-touch surface or service point.

Each QR record may be connected to a Location ID, managed surface name, service date, ATP values, photo records, and verification notes.

Location ID

A Location ID is a unique code assigned to a specific surface or service point.

Example:
M203-DH-01

This may refer to:
Motel Room 203 — Door Handle — Surface Point 01

Managed Surface

The managed surface is the specific area being recorded or checked.

Examples:
Door Handle
Light Switch
Handrail
Countertop
Remote Control
Bus Pole
Clinic Counter

Last Service / Check Date

The last service or check date shows when the surface was last recorded, checked, or managed under the SSG CHECK workflow.

ATP Value Explanation

ATP testing is a rapid method used to help assess the presence of organic material on a surface.

ATP values are used as a hygiene indicator at the time of testing.

ATP results do not prove that a surface is completely sterile, and they do not guarantee infection prevention.

Before / After Records

Some SSG CHECK records may include before-and-after information, such as:

Before Photo
After Photo
ATP Before Value
ATP After Value
ATP Device Result Photo
Service Notes

These records are intended to support transparency and help document how the surface was managed.

Important Notice

SSG CHECK is designed to support surface hygiene recordkeeping, verification, and transparency.

It does not guarantee that a surface is free from all microorganisms, viruses, bacteria, or health risks.

It does not replace public health regulations, professional medical advice, facility cleaning protocols, or legal compliance requirements.
